Why do I need bird and pest service?
Pests of all kinds, including birds, cause disease and destruction. They cause allergies, illness, and pain. A person or animal can end up at the emergency room and even hospitalized. The destruction pests can cause to buildings and land is expensive to repair and unsightly.
How long does it take to get rid of pests?
It depends on the bird or pest. Sometimes its one treatment, sometimes it takes several treatments, and sometimes a monthly service is your best option.
What are some of the treatments?
Generally, with birds, we do exclusions. This means we put up barriers to prevent them from coming back. We will also install scary objects or use repellants to help prevent them from coming back.
With prairie dogs, we will generally use a fumigant like carbon monoxide if we can. Occasionally we will bait them.
Mice and Rats are excluded and baited.
Insects and Arachnids can be treated a variety of ways. We can use insecticide or environmentally friendly techniques.
Wildlife is trapped and relocated when possible.
