Payden is excellent. Initially, I had a spider problem and called Orkin and 3 weeks after they sprayed the spiders were back. I still wanted peace of mind so i looked around and found Payden. He is courteous and professional. He offered insight into what may have been causing my spider problem and after i addressed his recommendations and he sprayed, the problem was resolved. The peace of mind knowing that a pregnant spider won't burst open with all of its babies on my floor, AGAIN, is priceless.

I had a horrible wasp problem in my roof. I was stung several times and that was painful! Those little wasps were pestering me and my great grand children. I have one grandson that is allergic to the sting and has been in the emergency room twice already. I called Payden and he did a quick evaluation and then removed the wasp issue. Actually they may have been yellow jackets, I forgot to ask. I also had some wasp that reside in the ground ( weird ) and he located and got rid of those wasp & nest, & cleared out the tunnels.
